Can’t sign in?

Use password recovery for an email account. If you joined with Google, choose “Continue with Google” using the same Google account. Contact us if you no longer have access.

Your account and your data

You can edit your bio and website in Settings, and remove your posts or comments from their detail pages. For a complete account deletion or data copy, send a request from the email connected to your account and include your @handle. We verify ownership and explain any data we must retain before completing the request. Deleting your account also removes your profile and original uploads; copies saved by other people are outside our control.

Report content or a safety problem

Use “Report” on a post, or email a report with the exact post or profile address, what is wrong, and any information needed to assess it. You can use email without a Moylo account. For a copyright complaint, identify the original work and explain your connection to its rights holder.

We review reports and may remove content or restrict accounts that violate our community guidelines. To challenge a decision, reply to our message or email us with the affected content address and your reasons.
